If you own a wooden boat model that is in need of major or minor repair,
allow me to give you a quote to effect such repair.
Some years ago a friend showed me a wooden sailboat model, origin unknown,
which had been inherited, and was in a very bad state of repair. The hull
was originally carved and hollowed out from a single piece of wood. The
sails and standing rigging were completely rotted away, the companionway was broken, as was the
rudder, and the windlass was missing.

Still to come - the repaired model!
I replaced all the broken parts, constructed and fitted a windlass that seemed to fit
the age and design of the model, and cut and sewed a new set of sails.
Another repair job was to a very old model of an Arabian dhow.
