This is the website of Michael B. Smith, a builder and restorer of model boats, builder of wooden boats and kayaks, and custom woodworker.

Having reached retirement age, I am no longer accepting commissions for models of boats, except for kid's tugboat models, which you will find described under "Half Hulls".

My biggest project for the last couple of years has been my dream boat, the Cape Henry 21 designed by Dudley Dix, which is now complete.
